I was sweeped at least twice and kriyas all over. I think I was awake yet I had dreams, and they all sort of melted into one another. Anyways.. I have this little thing I'd like to share with you about chakra activation. To help it activate beyond just the intent: Crown : I AM Third Eye : I SEE THIS WORLD AROUND ME Throat : I WANT TO CONNECT WITH THIS WORLD AROUND ME, AND UNDERSTAND WHAT I AM SEEING Heart : I LOVE THIS WORLD AROUND ME THAT I SEE Solar plexus : I AM CONNECTED TO THIS WORLD AROUND ME THAT I SEE Genital : I MERGE WITH THIS WORLD AROUND ME IN LOVE AND LUST Base : I AM THIS WORLD AROUND ME Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
