**Warning....i tend to ramble****

i have a few things here and i just thought it would probably be easier to

lump it all in one post. i have been reading and trying to catch up on some of

the posts and have meant to reply to a couple of them and i tell myself i'll get

back to it, but then i get sidetracked....things always seem to be so busy

around here...not in a bad way, it's just always like that with 4 boys at home

(5 if you count my husband, which sometimes i do..heehee...gotta love 'em), i've

been making bread deliveries, and also just purging so much stuff

lately....finding homes for things that i no longer want or need. ok, i'm

starting to ramble....

First, want to say to Denny, i'm so glad to hear that you are cancer free!

that is excellent....awesome as my 3 year old would say!

Questions regarding shaktipat: i read a post about caffeine...foregoing the

caffeine. ok, is this something we should permanently be doing or just for the

shakitpat? i don't drink much coffee, but do on occasion (a couple times a

week)...i'm mostly a tea drinker, some herbal non-caffeinated which would be

fine, but mostly just plain old black tea (which i can always get decaf). if

this is a permanent thing, is it ok to indulge in a starbacks once in a while or

no? do i have to give it up altogether?

the other thing.....i'm getting ready to start a yoga class at a place around

the corner since my meditation yoga class/group disbanded. will it be ok to do

the yoga class during shaktipat or should i only be sticking to the meditation

and tibetans for the duration of the shaktipat?

sorry if these sound like silly questions, but i really have no clue....

next, i had this weird pain/feeling the other day. i don't know that it was

painful really, or just uncomfortable. it was like one of my ribs was being

pulled from the inside. does this make sense? it was really hard to breath and

a deep breathe was out of the question i just had to take really short, shallow

breathes. it wasn't like a chest pain, but it was like it was being pulled

inside or something, but it resonated down to my stomach area. this may not

make much sense, but this is the only way i can describe it. any thoughts on

what this could be? K? or no? something medical?

thanks for any help
