Guest guest
Hello Brandy K, Regarding the caffeine, please make it a permanent - for the time being - adjustment as it will take some time for the adrenals to get back into balance. Starbucks is up to you and your intuitive processes. Also take out high fructose corn syrups and processed white flours and sugars. Yes take the yoga class but do not let it replace your complete daily practice of the safety protocols including the Tibetans. Please keep meditating as well preferable alone. Sometimes an air bubble or gas can get lodged within the pleural lining of the lungs. With each breath or an attempt at a deep breath pain can be experienced and it isn't an easy pain to be sure! I am no MD so this isn't medical advice in any shape or way. But this is what comes to me for you and I have had this occur as well. It passes and isn't a medical emergency as far as I know. If there is a qualified physician on the list they can give you their response. These pass and at least for me are relatively uncommon. - blessings Brandy K - chrism , Brandy K <momofbtka wrote: > > **Warning....i tend to ramble**** > >
