Guest guest
Sorry if I missed this one as I cannot find a response Thomas. So please do the fourth Tibetan. The alternative isnt the same and the author doesnt know or understand about the Kundalini aspect of these rights. Most people are more interested in the healthful aspects of them. Here they are being used to set a platform for a balanced expression of the Kundalini. So please do the fourth and lower your reps until your strength increases. I have used my fists as well for stronger leverage and balance. Please remember to " tense " the body for a micro moment at the top of the form i.e. when your in the " table " aspect of it. - blessings Thomas - chrism , " Thomas Brooks " <magick41 wrote: > > Dear Chrism, > > > > I have not had any problem doing the Tibetans, except for #4. Guest guest
Thank you for this detailed answer. I don't have a problem other than my elbows, especially my left one. They have been subjected to the stresses of my job for many years. Guess I'm getting old LOL.I'll try your fist trick, thanks. thomas _____ On Behalf Of chrism Sunday, March 09, 2008 4:18 AM Re: Warm-Up Exercise #1Tibetan Rites Question - Thomas Brooks Sorry if I missed this one as I cannot find a response Thomas. Guest guest
I would have told you this sooner but I didn't know you were able to be online. I took your suggestion of using my hands in fists for this exercise, and it worked very well. Everything is going better now that I am pretty much over the cold I came down with. BTW, my wife and I are very close so she is experiencing this right along with me . She says she is desiring to smoke more, especially in the morning. She knows about the safeties, but hasn't been doing the Tibetans. Thank you Thomas _____ On Behalf Of chrism Sunday, March 09, 2008 4:18 AM Re: Warm-Up Exercise #1Tibetan Rites Question - Thomas Brooks Sorry if I missed this one as I cannot find a response Thomas. Guest guest
If she is sharing this much with you then it would be advised that she practice the safeties as earnestly as she can. Teach her about the Kundalini or ask her to read the: http://www.kundaliniawakeningsystems1.com website that she can begin to process an understanding about what she may share vicariously with you. - blessings Thomas and spouse! - chrism
