Guest guest
thanks so much, chrism! when i went grocery shopping this weekend i made sure to pick up decaf tea bags and even found some decaf sugar free coffee that is pretty decent if i have a craving...also bought a nice big case of water, though! i will be sure to read the labels to check for the corn syrups and flours as well. i have actually been eating much healthier the past couple of months. have had a strong craving for potatoes, mushrooms, and onions though. that is a little odd, but i feel it is ok to give in to it. since the meditation group is no longer being held, meditating alone is not a problem. sometimes i do just have to lock myself in a room though to make the time....with 4 boys it is rarely quiet. i have been looking for a cd to meditate to to help block out some of the background noise. we live by the interstate as well and also in a neighborhood where they are currently renovating some of the older homes...5 on this street alone so going outside doesn't help much either. but i have been able to find the time...usually in the morning after the older boys are off to school and before the youngest has woken up and at night when they are all asleep so that is better than nothing. i'm sorry...i'm rambling aren't i? lol just wanted to say thanks for the advice and guidance. brandyk chrism <> wrote: Hello Brandy K, Regarding the caffeine, please make it a permanent - for the time being - adjustment as it will take some time for the adrenals to get back into balance. Starbucks is up to you and your intuitive processes. Also take out high fructose corn syrups and processed white flours and sugars. Yes take the yoga class but do not let it replace your complete daily practice of the safety protocols including the Tibetans. Please keep meditating as well preferable alone. Sometimes an air bubble or gas can get lodged within the pleural lining of the lungs. With each breath or an attempt at a deep breath pain can be experienced and it isn't an easy pain to be sure! I am no MD so this isn't medical advice in any shape or way. But this is what comes to me for you and I have had this occur as well. It passes and isn't a medical emergency as far as I know. If there is a qualified physician on the list they can give you their response. These pass and at least for me are relatively uncommon. - blessings Brandy K - chrism , Brandy K <momofbtka wrote: > > **Warning....i tend to ramble**** > > Never miss a thing. Make your homepage.
