Guest guest
Hi everyone, I am new to the group. My name is Becky and I have recently been following Oprah and Eckhard Tolle's internet meeting. The neatest thing is, I had just made an appointment with an accurpunturist to try to get myself " in the moment " because I am so aware that I am constantly in the future and do not enjoy life because of that, I am too busy (in my mind) to truly enjoy a moment. I think that is because you have to be in the moment to enjoy it. Anyhow, I figured that out and was trying to figure out how I can get " in the moment " and made the appointment with the accupuncturist for next Monday hoping there may be some help there. Later on that day I decided to listen to Oprah and Eckhard Tolle's first meeting which was on the computer to download and listen to. There was my answer! They were explaining how to be in the moment. Well needless to say, that is pretty much what has brought me here to this group. I heard about Kundalini from one of my groups emails and want to learn all I can now. I think this is all leading me where I already instinctively knew I needed to go! Thanks for having me and I hope I can learn more.

In fact, if you look through the messages, links were posted recently to the info. Here are some links to get you started. You will want to start practicing the Safeties and the Five Tibetans daily.
