Often pain will occur when a blockage is encountered because of

impurities of a physical nature but also of a habitual nature.

Habits that are unhealthy for us whether they are physical or not can

change into physical pain.

Emotions that have not been balanced can change into physical pain.

The scatterfield is merely an attachment not a Shaktipat it is

getting ready for Shaktipat.

chrism is getting stronger -so will the connections get stronger -

please be advised.

 

 

Caludia- nice that you can bell weather symptoms - keep well

hydrated - keep eyes straight no up- fingers locked

 

Misha- keep hydrated - stop smoking/no alcohol no recreation

activities /no caffiene -keep tongue up

 

Katherine - stop all Tibetans-no breathing exercises - keep hydrated -

natural source of vit c ( make your own juice ) the seminar will

smooth things out for you - all these are shakti symptoms

 

Sarita- allow Shakti to move/shake you as she sees fit - stop chakra

breathing - keep tongue up - eyes straight - keep hydrated- do more

tai chi
