The previous two mornings felt like I lost a friend, but now my friend is back! Also, wanted to mention that I've increased the Tibetans to twice daily, although this morning I had to skip because my back was really bothering me. Hope this is ok. Happy scatterfield everyone! I don't remember all of my dreams and I thought something was wrong with me, but to know that not all people recall dreams is not unusual. I have been recalling a lot of my dreams because I quit putting an emphasis on not recalling them. I know that when one goes through the awakening of the Kundalini one may experience the loss of dream recall, with this being the case for you and they are coming back to you, I am excited. Dream journaling is a wonderful tool to help in the process of recalling your dreams. Anyhow, congratulations on recalling your dreams. I hope you wrote the down. LOL!
