Guest guest
Yes Brandy K, This is one of the reasons for Yoga. It helps and provides a vector of complete infusion when the body is stretched and breathed into in certain ways. Lay on your back and with the shoulders pressed to the floor " gently " swing your hips and legs over to one side of the body and then the other while keep the shoulders to the floor. This will give you and gentle spinal stretch and open some of the spinal channels. Stay in the position for about five minutes and breath fully and deeply through the nose. Exhale fully and deeply as well. Do this on both sides for balance. Also feel free to look into a Yoga class or video if you can. If taking a class I find it best not to mention Kundalini as it isnt well known and can invalidate a teachers ego if they do not " know " everything about yoga that they think they should. Keep the tongue up and eyes up and fingers locked. keep the chin to the chest when you are in bed or meditating as this will stretch the spine up and over the top of the head. Stay well hydrated and the headache well hydrated and the headache will pass. - blessings Brandy K - chrism , Brandy K <momofbtka wrote: > > i have had a headache (as i see many of you have also).
