Guest guest
Hello and welcome Elizabeth, Age isnt really a factor with this except that a certain amount of life experience certainly can make a positive difference though there are plenty of those in their twenties and late teens that are coming towards this these days. After thirty years has been a common theme in my experience. Here is a short description about the Kundalini. Explanation of Kundalini. Kundalini is a Sanskrit word meaning " coiled up " but there are many other names for this energy from every culture on earth. Greater Kan and Li from China, Holy Fire from the Christian Mystics, Loong of the Tibetans, Dumo fire of the Buddhists. The ancient Yoga practitioners kept a concise and detailed map of the symptomology of the Kundalini and followed its course through the body, essentially mapping the routes it took as it activated the centers and perimeters of the body. As we in the west have heard of it mostly from this source then Kundalini is how I will address it here. Kundalini is an energy located in more than one area. The last three vertebrae of the coccyx is one of the more commonly known locations. Another location is within the gland known as the Lyden gland that is also a part of the pineal network. The Leydig cells also house a portion of the Kundalini energies. We see combinations of neural networks housing this energy. One must follow a circuitous path in search of the Kundalini. As it is in a combination of localities, so too is its activation and awakening based in combinations of action, thought, intent, surrender and feeling. Kundalini with its rapid fireworks, sensational displays of light and colors brilliant as the Sun, audio experiences ranging from bees to the tinkling of bells, smells of roses, cherry blossoms, and incense. Tactile symptoms ranging from strong internal hurricanes to vibrations of minute energies racing through the skin and scalp is more than any other experience associated with the beginnings of divine ascension within the body. This can also have the symptom of CFS associated with it Liz. This can be resolved by doing the 5 Tibetans daily. And by giving the energy complete reign and jurisdiction over the body for the time it needs to make these physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual adjustments. - blessings Liz - chrism Kundalini-Awakening-Systems- 1 , " elizabeth577414 " <elizabethrussell297 wrote: > > > Being new to this group I will have to learn what Kundlini means and > I hope to learn from you all if that is possible at my age and lack of > grey cells Ha Ha > > Liz >
