Chrism,

About 9 years ago I had sinus surgery because of continual infections. Now

there has been

some shifting. When I try to breath through one nostril I can't get enough air.

Any

suggestions?

Thanks, I was afraid it was all or nothing. Now I understand its ok to do what

I can and

hopefully I will get better at it.
