Guest guest
Today I was watching off and on a show " I Shouldn't be Alive! " It was about 5 people who had taken a yatch out and somehow got caught up in a hurricane off shore. I didn't pay attention to the first part of it, so I am not sure of where they were either. Anyway, given the rough waters the boat started taking it on and couldn't sustain the weight of the water and it began sinking sending the 5 people overboard. Luckily, for their sake they had an inflatable zodiac they were able to get in. Over a period of 5 to 6 days, stranded out in the shark-infested oceans in the baking sun, three of the five people would die. The first two died at separate times, a by-product of delusions from dehydrations. One claimed to see land and jumped overboard, attacked and eaten by sharks after swimming out of sight of the zodiac. The blood-curling screams heard and then silence. Hours later the second one jumped overboard claiming he needed to stretch his legs. While hanging onto the zodiac he was attacked and eaten by sharks. The third person died the next day, I believe it was the fourth day, due to a bacterium that entered her body through cuts sustained from the escape off the yatch. Her death was unique which is why I am sharing this story with you. The night before she passed away, she somehow gained enough strength to attack one of the other people. After moved from the person she was attacking, she went into a daze. A few minutes later she started moving her hands around as if she were dancing an eastern dance. Soon after she began speaking in a language the other two didn't recognize, at least at first. Then one of the other people realized she was speaking in tongues. This continued as they drifted off to sleep. The next morning she had died. They took all of her belongings off her to give to her family and then put her into the water giving her a burial at sea. Later on that afternoon, a Russian ship rescued the last two. This was a touching story of how one in their last hours was comforted by God before going home to spend eternity.
