I fell asleep while meditating *sigh* and when I woke up I saw something sticking up from the top of my head. A snake came up from behind my head and sank it's two fangs into this and I heard " It's connected " . I am not sure how I was able to see this since it was above my head, but I did. I am confused. Of note, is while meditating (before my snooze,lol) I had this warm energy in my hands again and felt compelled to bring the energy up and over my body like the macrocosm exercise.
