Still Trying

I really don't know how well I am doing right now with the Satterfield.

It's hard to tell my emotions have been so up and down because of the

shock. I am still trying though. I think my K knows and has backed off,

if this is possible. Last night I had a lot of tingling going on in my

feet and up my legs. I have been in hospitals all week and I know I

haven't been eating right, drinking enough water or had any rest. I

don't know if I am prepared or not for the Shaktipat. I have still

tried to maintain the Safeties and mediations and Chakra breathing and

all. This is where I sought solace and peace in all this.

I hope that you will continue to find peace and solace in your Kundalini, dear

Laura, because it is an intelligent and loving energy that has your best

interests at heart. It knows when to flow and when to ebb and will be sensitive

to your needs at this time. I know it is difficult to focus on anything. Know

that God and Shakti and your spirit guides are surrounding you with love right

now, supporting you...and that the same love and support is being provided for

your dad and your family.
