I dont blame you! I was confused but now I have it, and I would

have not worried but thought perhaps I had to do it at the same time

as you guys. Next time I will just go with the flow.

So far so good. I could feel the root chakra responding whenever I

started the breathing. With all the clearing I have been doing, re the

sick friend, etc, I can see that K is working 24/7.
