Guest guest Posted March 22, 2008 Report Share Posted March 22, 2008 Namasthe I feel some powerful circular(small in size) energy at base of spine rotating clockwise in meditations and also when I am not meditating (only when I am sitting with spine straight) Also I feel tingling sensation in my hand palms in meditations. continuing the safeties Pls comment on these……..
