Guest guest
Beloved Riohard, During Shatipat emotions and ego can become very sensitive and over react. Please use private emails to discuss personal responses so that it doesn't affect the energies of the Group experience. We like to encourage peaceful and edifying exchanges during Shaktipat. Thank you, love. Alcohol contributes to dehydration. Just drink plenty of other fluids, too.. Guest guest
I hope that you are not writing that I should not partake in this Shaktipat! It is more important to me than my vacation but I made a commitment to my wife to go. The only days I may have a problem will day 6 and maybe day 7. Day 6 I will be on a plane, difficult to do the Tibetans in my seat. Day 7 my meditations can not be very long but I will get them in at least twice. I know that there will other opportunities, but still, I don't want to miss this one. rich , " chrism " <> wrote: > > Do our best Richard without becoming too distracted. Guest guest
Good, Thank you, For a while there I thought you were writing that if I can't do everything 100% I should not do it all. I will do everything days 1 through 5, 6 I will be on a plane and with the time change things may get a little messed up, 7 my meditations can not be very long but I will get them in at least twice. If there were not others involved I would cancel the trip and just focus on K, but I made a commitment to my wife and plan on keeping it Thanks again rich , " chrism " <> wrote: > > Do you best with this Shaktipat Richard.
