Guest guest Posted March 23, 2008 Report Share Posted March 23, 2008 I find the Tibetans all but impossible at the moment. I have somewhat limited mobility. Right now I am visiting a friend in the tropics and he has this incredible little pool so I have been trying a self-adapted version of the Tibetans in the pool. I really like this, I am thinking of adapting other yoga postures for it. I am sure going to miss this little pool though! What do you think of water yoga Chrism, do you know of anyone else doing it? I am thinking it could open things up for a lot of people who lack the strength to do a serious yoga regime. I could see it building up strength so a person could do the postures on land later on.
