Guest guest
Sharing another wave of symptoms, if anyone's interested... Had a pretty major headache that was disabling for about three days. The burning/peeling/electricity buzzing/sensitivity in my fingertips has subsided and been replaced by my toes being in pain. (although the pain has now turned into that combination tingling/pain sensation) The arches and soles of my feet are now experiencing the same feelings. Seeing energy flowing down my thighs into my knees, which are buzzing. Extreme fatigue. Inability to sleep. Visions. Falling to the floor, losing the ability to walk for short periods of time, followed by crying. Dizziness. Shakes, popping and cracking. Oh, and my armpits (oddly enough) are itchy and painful and I can't stand clothing touching them. I almost want to walk around with them up in the air. Guest guest
Hello Iam Liz I got some of thd symptoms you had when I got my CFS so I jhope you don't get it. I suffered form dizzyness and being unable to consentrate on anything that was being said to me I also had very bad pain in the muscles of my legs and arms ( I still do at times) I forget things and feel very disoriented not kn owing where I am. I shake a lot and get frustrated when I can remember things I did yesterday but remember my childhood Hugs Liz Bethany <bethany_abear wrote: Sharing another wave of symptoms, if anyone's interested... Guest guest
Hello Liz... Yes, doctors have told me that CFS is something that I have but there doesn't seem to be much that can help, eh? Did you ever find anything to alleviate the symptoms? I found when I went fruitarian for an entire year that the vast majority of those symptoms disappeared. Guest guest
I haven't found anything that helps. I also have irritable bowel syndrome so I have to watch what I eat so it would be impossable to go on a comp;ete fruit diet. I just go day by day. I also have osteoarthritis. osteoporosis Hugs Liz Bethany <bethany_abear wrote: Hello Liz... Guest guest
Liz, You're beginning to sound just as sick as I used to be! I had ulcerative collitis for a long time. (I used to have a lot of medical problems, all of which could never be diagnosed properly but every doctor I went to would always say the same illnesses...) A medical intuit I was seeing told me to cut out wheat, dairy and meat to alleviate the symptoms for " stomach problems. " It worked!! If you're open to it, I would highly suggest trying that for 2 weeks and see what changes happen. At first, it unleashed some real havoc on my body- intense purging of a lot of stuff but after that time, I felt healthier than I had felt in a long time. Guest guest
Hi Bethany, I'm not so bad now I know what I can eat so I stick to it. I take Aloe Vera juice with cranberry juice added if I a naughty with my food. I's realy my CFS that gives me the most trouble now. Any infection I get starts it up again and the osteoporosis in my back can be a killer but, I have learnt to live with it as I always say there are worse people than me and if this is the lesson I have to learn then pain is nothing. I am open to anything so thank you very much Love and Hugs Liz Bethany <bethany_abear wrote: Liz, You're beginning to sound just as sick as I used to be! I had ulcerative collitis for a long time.
