Guest guest
thank you for sharing your experience with us! Sounds wonderful! Have a wonderful and beautiful day in Christ. Love, Katherine . Monday, March 24, 2008 1:05:43 AM Ojai Seminar Post #2 Wanted to tell you of the beautiful experience the Shaktipat for the seminar group was. On Saturday we went over more of the work book and questions. Then we went down to the water. chrism had planned the shaktipat but then Shakti gave him instructions on where to hold it , what to do , and how to do it. Each one of us was told to meditate while waiting for our turn. chrism normally holds Shaktipats privately however this is the first time he has given them in front of a group. There was much ritual and ceremony in the event. Each of us were asked to stand in the water- the same water we had been symbolically baptized in the day before. chrism had a bottle with water in it. He said to each of us - ( I will paraphse since my memory is not all that good) " this represents your life - are you willing to give up that life? and accept a new life. " He then had us pour out the water and he poured new water in the bottle. We then held the bottle to our chest for a peroid of time while on the table. We later learned that this water was shaktipated and can last forever- it can be used as a special anointing water in many ways. And can always be replenished. Then each of us received our Shaktipat. We were then told to go off alone and to be silent and think on the process we just expereinced. That night we had a bonfire sharing stories. We then went into the yurt and gave healing to each other- chrism had all of us work on each other for in giving we receive. We learned a myriad of methods for helping others. Chrism then allowed the group to feel his energy field and to feel the difference between his aura and his crown - there is a distinct difference in the feel of each. The group then had the opportunity to see how far out his field extented. We all went to bed happy, tired and excited. We were told not to take a shower for 24 hours. And we discovered that one should not take a shower after doing the tibetans. The shower should be taken before. Brad missed the warning about not showering and he went into the water looking for stones. He poured water over his head. Luckily that night the group shared energy and Brad will have to watch to see if his shaktipat stuck. chrism will redo it if needed. On Sunday morning we chanted and chrism blew into the third eye to help open up the ajna. The chanting lasted for about one hour. chrism had given each of us a red glass pendant to remind us of the root chakra. We then took group pics that we will load up. Two group members who had attended another seminar stopped by for the end of our chanting and to recieve a Shaktipat. We then left the site and went to a restaurant for noone wanted to disperse from each other. We had a nice meal and someone gifted us the meal. That was a beautiful surprise. We then separated and many of the group came back to the motel to visit some more. We sat down by the pool and had more Kundalini info given by chrism. Any time a group spends time together there is a comumunity that is formed. Our community of 12 is a special commuity unique unto us. We will always have this shared experience and can come together at anytime in community. There were many ideas flowing about how to help others with Kundalini. I am thankful for all who participated. A seminar of this intensity is a first for the KAS1 community. I am and I think I can speak for the other participants that we are especially thankful that chrism offered us this opportunity to form our little community. This weekend will be long remembered by all who attended. Blessings' ______________________________\ ____ Never miss a thing.
