Day for the outdoors to come inside!

I had 2 unusual things happen today...a hummingbird found it's way into

our house through a small opening in the back door. I had fun trying

to catch him and take him back out again! Then later, I looked down and

saw a lizard on the carpet, assuming it was one of my daughter's many

toys but it moved! So I had to capture it as well and let it go out in

the garden. Funny stuff! That should teach us to leave our back door

open on nice days, huh?

 

I'm feeling a bit better this afternoon. My energy is coming back up,

for which I am so grateful I can't express. Wow, it's great not to feel

like the walking dead for a change!! I've been battling this for 10

days! Yikes! But things are looking up at last...

It's a relief to hear you made it home safely, Linda. Hearing all

your experiences together and how you had to seperate is bringing

tears to my eye...I can see it as if it's a movie in my head and I

get emotional along with you! What a great experience though and one

you'll remember all you life, no doubt. Friends made, bonds sealed

and new chapters in life for all of you.

 

I am feeling so much better now! That was awful. Thank you for your

concern and for all the healing prayers sent. And I love that Nature

was sending ambassadors in to cheer me up in those last days of the

illness. It was funny really. It got me outside myself, which was a

good thing.

 

So back home and hopefully you'll get some good rest and go from

there. How will your days be different now, if you don't mind my

asking? It must have given you a whole new bright and shiny

perspective on many things!
