no bathing after Tibetans? question for

Dear Chrism,

 

mentioned in her report on the seminar that we are not supposed to

bathe or shower after we do the Tibetans. You have not told us this before,

unless I just missed it. Is this something new? Would you please explain the

reasoning behind this? I'm just wondering what I may have 'washed off' for the

last year, as I more often than not shower right after doing the Tibetans in the

mornings.
