Guest guest
Elektra, The church I attend is a military church. The service is a Protestant service, yet is in actuality a multi-denominational congregation made up of mostly Baptists, Presbyterian, and Methodist. It is very clear that none of them are Catholic, Mormon, or Charismatic. Even last night when one was talking about the healing he made certain that he was in no means of the Charismatic Faith. Most of them are Southern Baptist! There are two services, one is Protestant, the other Roman Catholic and although at times we do hold ecumenical services during certain times of the year, especially Christmas, we are very separate, or should I say they are very separate because to me it doesn't matter. I do all things through Christ, not the people or the denominations. Anyway, I personally don't claim a religion, nor do I claim a denomination because neither of them will get me to Heaven. The ONLY thing that will get me to Heaven is my Faith in Christ and in God and my actions towards others and toward myself. I love giving praise to my Abba for without Him I wouldn't be here! I am being taught many things; things I never thought! To some Heaven and Hell are all in the mind, to me they are real! The Bible even says it itself! I believe in all that there is and I fully believe in God for He is our creator and all creation. He gave us many gifts and we have to earn them through the way we live and treat others as well as ourselves. I am on a path of enlightenment and spiritual growth! I have been shown many things, taught many things, and given many things. My purpose is to serve God and walk the earth doing what Jesus did, so that is what I am trying to do through the services I give to others. That is a hard task to do daily, because we allow ourselves to be greedy, we don't want to take the time to give to others, even in a small way. I am shouting my love and giving my service through the Grace of God and fulfillment of the Holy Spirit. Some don't like the decision I have made, but that is okay, because their understanding of where I am right now today with God is foggy. What they feel and what they believe I should or shouldn't do won't earn me an eternal life in Heaven and I am learning quickly that their perception of me doesn't matter, only what my Abba thinks does. Oh dear Elektra, I am learning to shout it from the rooftops! God is giving me that gift as well through my spiritual growth. I love being a 'mover and a shaker'! My heart is where it should be and I am on the path I need to be on! I love it my dear, I love sharing it with you and with the group, I love sharing it with my family and my church. I was told last night that I sounded like I was high on something...well I am...I am high on God/Christ, and His everlasting eternal love, high on life, and high on the fact that Christ gave His life so I could have eternal life, be given the power of the Holy Spirit and give my heart to all I meet, that includes you sis, and my extended families! I love you girl! You are in a special place yourself; your words and your heart speak it. Don't ever doubt where you are, because you are right where you should be moving in the right direction along with me. We have been given this opportunity to walk this path together in the Love of God/Christ/Holy Spirit (Kundalini). Thank you for your love and support Elektra!
