Guest guest
From post 31578 In an activating Kundalini person the adrenal glands are already hyper stimulated by the Kundalini. This hyper stimulation is a natural result of the Kundalini yet it does have the effect of giving the person an extremely high dose of hormonal activity from the adrenal glands. Epinephrine can be produced and given into the body in larger quantities than is normally experienced and this can lead to paranoia and the symptoms of a person on a version of methamphetamine. From paranoia come the seeds of fear and fear mixed into Kundalini can lead to Kundalini Syndrome not an experience anyone needs to have as it can be severly dibilitating. Granted this is the body's version of meth but the paranoia is still experienced as are the often severe symptoms of adrenal burnout i.e. extreme lethargy and a constant fatigue and or chronic fatigue syndrome. This is why I strongly recommend that caffeine containing substances be removed from the diet for the time of the infusion. Doesn't mean that after the initial stages have been completed that one cannot return to these substances, merely that " During " the initial physiological changes that these be discontinued. - blessings Shahin - chrism , " mikael " <mixolyd wrote: > > hi team! > > so i remember reading here that coffee is a no-no. > how come? > i loves coffeeeeee >

Guest guest
Hi Mikael, Coffee is a stimulant, and it makes my heart palpitate, so I can imagine that is one of the reasons why it is a no-no.
