I am so very proud of you! I don't think you are crazy! I have suffered through

the same things you have described and it is a battle until you realize who you

are and where you are going! Continue on this journey you are traveling and

continue discovering who you are and enjoying your own company! Nice to be

“Who is Laura Joyceâ€.

 

For about a week now every time I do Charka breathing, Meditate or

the Tibetans my hands tingle and I mean they really tingle and are

full of energy. I have a sense this energy will be used for healing.

 

Also last night I had a shooting pain in my index finger from an old

injury associated with my past. I was able to do some forgiveness

work on myself for this long forgotten part of me. I am grateful for

the reminder. Sometimes I forget who I am and get caught up in what

I think I should be. This is very important as I am a very unique

individual and have a purpose. I have never known what that purpose

is but right now I do and actually this probably is the first time

in my life that I do. I struggled with why am I here all my life

like needed a reason to exist. I feel a sense of peace with myself

today that I haven't felt before now.

 

When I was meditating tonight it came to me that I should write a

book entitled " Who is Laura Joyce " . She is a very interesting person

with an incredible journey to tell, one of faith, courage and

strength. Some of her stories would make you cry with sorrow other

you would cry roaring with laughter and still other would enrage you

and then in the end you would be as delighted as I am because

tonight I feel honoured to know her.

 

Please don't think I have lost touch with reality if anything I

believe I have just discovered it.
