Guest guest Posted March 30, 2008 Report Share Posted March 30, 2008 Hi Milael, Yes, you do 6 spins and then go immediately into doing 6 of the second rite, then 6 of the third rite, etc. After your are able to do each of the 5 rite 6 times with ease then add three more to each one. That will make it 9 spins, 9 leg lifts, etc. When you are able to do 9 of each with ease then add three more. Keep adding three at a time until you are able to do 21 one of each rite. After that you can work on doing all 21 twice a day.
