Ok.

the first rite as well should be done 6 times?

your first response made it seem that after the spinning should go

straight to second rite.

Hi Milael,

Yes, you do 6 spins and then go immediately into doing 6 of the second

rite, then 6 of the third rite, etc. After your are able to do each of

the 5 rite 6 times with ease then add three more to each one. That will

make it 9 spins, 9 leg lifts, etc.

When you are able to do 9 of each with ease then add three more. Keep

adding three at a time until you are able to do 21 one of each rite.

After that you can work on doing all 21 twice a day. :)

Love & blessings,

Linda
