Yes, there is chaos involved. The loss of the ego. The darkness that

precedes the light, the death of the old self that gives way to a new one.

Many of us have been through this stage. If you handle it well, the

rewards will amaze you.

I'm sure others will give you their opinions as well. Yes, there can

be a lot of chaos, mood swings as things are worked out. A lot of

past issues may start surfacing to be dealt with. Everyone is

individual and will have their own experience. I have had issues come

up, mood swings, anger/rage and lots of joy too!

Unfortunately, the K doesn't always wait until we think we

are " ready " . In my case (and many others here) it came suddenly.

Are you following the Safeties? They should help a great deal with

smoothing out the emotional aspects.

Hi Raven

All things that happen are auspicious, your little I

(human consciousness) thinks you are not ready, but

your higher I, (overself) knows you far better than

you think you do - it moves when you are ready. the

best advice is to accept this blessed activation and

practice the safeties with a departure point of love

in all cases. Remain grounded e.g., walk on grass, sit

on a rock, wade through a stream, hug a tree maybe

even stop meditation if the experiences are too

strong. Ask on the website, there are numerous people

that will respond with sound advice.

I have found that when great kaos occurs something

transformational is going on, I recommend calmly

surrendering to it as best you can.

No one ever really feels ready, you just have to allow

the movement and if you can find your peace within it

you will have learnt an amazing gift.

I recently went through a major crisis period,

everything was seemingly unraveling , I felt despair

and sadness. I just spent some time alone in nature,

even in a small park, and talked to nature and all my

worries drifted away, I sat bare foot. It really

helped me alot. Now, I can see the glimmers of a new

sunrise over the horizon, this upheavel was well worth

it.

Love and blessings
