I'm not there yet and am wondering why and what I can do to open the door to this wonderful place? I see blackness or grayness until I've meditated for a few minutes when that may be replaced by swirling blobs of purple which then shoot out away from me to be replaced by a new swirling blob which does the same thing. And so on. But no light, no moving images. I assume this means my third eye is NOT activated yet. So my question is, how do I open it to the light? What am I doing wrong or have yet to do? I read about the pineal gland and that must have something to do with it. Any advice anyone or am I trying to push something unnaturally?
