They do have the yetzer hara ..... the evil inclination which is basically the 'bad' side of yourself; the one that says things in anger like " I hate you. " and comes up with all the lame excuses on why you should postpone doing something. The original 'satan' was really a fallen archangel but can't remember his name off hand. He didn't get the horned devil pic associated with him until folks associated Pan, the Greek god, with the fallen archangel. I know in the old testatment it speaks of Levitahian, a dragon as being the enemy of God and in Rev. this same dragon is spoken of as being satan or the devil which the archangel Michael defeated and cast out of heaven. I am looking at the fact that Heaven is found within, not out there in space/stars. I am trying to understand how all this represents something that is within a person. I know that the logos is written in the stars, in nature which includes mankind and is written in the form of the written word which is the bible even with it's mistranslations and mistakes. I know that even an archangel, represent something that is within the human brain or mind. Whether there is really a being called an archangel out there in space, I do not know. I haven't met one that came down out of the sky. Some being from the astral or higher realms, but is that out there or is that within? It makes my brain hurt to try and figure it out. LOL! When a spirit being materializes into the physical (seen by the physical eyes) is it from without or from within?
