Timeless Dream of a Snake

Hi everyone, was just interested in opinions/corrections to my

interpretation of a dream I had. The snake of course symbolising K

(I've always thought an eel was a better symbol, they have the 3D

spirally wiggle as opposed to the flat 2D slither of a snake).

It occurred when I fell asleep during a twenty to thirty hour

meditation (hard to know for sure). Oh and it didn't happen in time,

I didn't experience it as a sequence of events, it was all instant,

like a picture, that contained within it the sequence. So here it is:

Me and my mum were standing about three feet away from each other in

the hallway of the house I grew up in. She was holding a large snake

out in front of her, as far from her face as possible, struggling

with it as it was very agile and attacking her.

She let go of the snake while simultaneously stepping back, so that I

was now the closest to it. Without pause, the instant it hit the

ground, it turned and launched its huge mouth toward me. However, it

changed target mid-strike as a grey cat walked from between my feet.

As it's attention was fully on munching the cat I immediately grabbed

it's head in an attempt to break it's neck or strangle it, but it

turned into metal.

That's the first half of the dream, the visual part. The second part

is all the things that my intuition points out as vital parts of the

dream.

The main thing my intuition points out to me, is the difference in

what this situation in the dream was to me, as opposed to what it

would be to me in reality.

As my mum was struggling with the snake, I wasn't panicking, and I

had no hate, anger, or fear toward the snake or the situation, this

is important because in reality, I would be fearing for myself and my

mum, the situation be one of panic and bad vibes toward toward the

snake.

Apart from when I knelt down to grab the snake I didn't move at all,

not even flinch, I was calm, motionless, and mentally still. Even

when the snake attacked me.

Now, the thing that made me act/think like this was a certain

intuition about the snake. I knew that it will simply attack whoever

or whatever is closest to it, that's just what it did, and there was

nothing more to it's attacks then that. There was no anger or hate

toward it, because I understood that it's actions where basically the

same as a computer program, rather than wilfully harming us, it was

constantly and mindlessly looping the " attack closest target " command.

I didn't hate the snake as some dumb animal opponent that was

intentionally trying to harm us, but rather as a force of nature. I

saw the snake as you would see a volcano, erupting and killing

everyone around it, you don't hate it or hunt it down in a mob for

revenge, it's not an opponent wanting to harm you, you simply should

not get in it's way, and that's all there is to it.

The K is a force of nature, it follows the natures rules. It is warm,

loving, and life nurturing, however it is also powerful, fierce, and

destructive. The serene waves of the ocean cannot be controlled by

anyone, their relaxing motions are caused by natures energy, which

will, if you live too close, crush your house and all within without

care if she so decides.

We are at nature's mercy, she is not at ours.

I should NOT try to control the K, doing so is like trying to capture

and tame a tornado and expect it not harm me, it is not mine to do

with as I please, it goes where it will, it is taking me with it and

it crushes all aspects of any ego it may find, no matter how painful.

That's what I think the dream means. Thanks for any and all replies.

Love and light to all

Cal
