Guest guest
So sorry Bethany for your pain. I get what I call K migraines and there is nothing that will alleviate the pain. I have sworn off all drugs including Advil, so I just ride them out. I understand what you are talking about, where it hurts to lay your head on the pillow. I was getting them often, then they went away, now they are back 1-2 per week. Mine usually last about 12-18 hours. I don't have the answers for you, but I sometimes ask Shakti to spare me when the pain gets really bad, such as to the point of crying and wanting to jump out the window. She often grants my request and I become a point of consciousness that is separate from the pain my physical body is going through. One day it was so intense that I looked upon Chrism's healing picture and the headache was cut in half within 10 minutes. I hope you find something that works for you, dear Bethany. Guest guest
Hi Bethany,I used to get these headaches a lot but now it seems like they went away.Once, when I had this horrible migraine that felt like there was a drill on top of my head drilling continuously for more than a week I got this idea to stop breathing by pinching my nose shut and to breath as if I was breathing through the top of my head so I did it and it miraculously worked. The only downside was that I felt freezing cold for a few hours.Pills didn't work for me either. Guest guest
Go outside barefoot Bethany and allow some of the energy to release through the feet. In addition - Take your thumb and place it in the inner upper corner of the eye socket on both sides with the index finget resting on the forehead, with both hands. Once you have placed the thumbs and fingers in this position, hold the position and then shake the head gently but with some vigor side to side. Also eat some solid food as well as back off of any energetic excersices you may be doing for a time. This includes any prana yama or other breathing excersices designed to open more Kundalini. Stay hydrated and make sure you are not ingesting stimulants. No smoking. Part of it can be the heaviness of the large city you are living in and the severe microwave actions. Much of it is of the Kundalini itself and the body reacting to the infusion. Mine would feel as if knives were being shoved into the mid-brain. But they didnt last long and were transient as I feel yours will be Bethany. Let me know how this works for you and write me back here in the open group for other ways of alleiviating this that others may also be helped. - > , " Bethany " > <bethany_abear@> wrote: > > > > While this has happened less frequently and for shorter lengths of > > time, I'm still experiencing extreme pain for about 24-48 hrs at a > > time.
