Guest guest
While this has happened less frequently and for shorter lengths of time, I'm still experiencing extreme pain for about 24-48 hrs at a time. It starts with that vibrating/buzzing/unpleasant tingle and ends with being incapacitated for a while. My head hurts so much. Usually it only happens twice a month (it used to be almost constant for a year) but it's starting again... How do I alleviate this pain? Last week, I downed about 5000 mgs of Tylenol to no avail. It's starting up again right now... Increasing again, or something... I usually start crying during this and sometimes my eyes go all cross eyed. The kind of crying that isn't started from any thoughts at all. I can barely lay down because pillows hurt my head and I can't sleep because I'm in so much pain. I lose track of time. 1 minute could be 3 hrs and vice versa... I have to stare at a clock to know what time it is. I'm desperate now. I'm surrendered to it and have accepted throughout the years but... maybe it's because it's been a week and it's starting again that I'm... I don't know. Is there a way to channel this differently?
