Thank you Sel for relaying the message from Chrism! I hope you are feeling

better soon Chrism! I am looking forward to Monday's first day of the incursion

for Nancy! As for you, I know exactly what you mean about needing solitude! I

find myself needing it more frequently! Without it I seem to get rather

irritated with noise and constant talking! I spend most of my days when I am

home without television or noise of any sort! Take the time you need Chrism, we

all understand.

Message from - Detachment

Chrism asked me to let you all know that his internet connection is

currently down: that's why he is currently quiet.

Also, he asked me to share the following:

Lately I have felt a new degree of detachment from people. Not that I

don't love them--the other way around, I do care a whole lot! I just

don't feel I need to have others constantly show me their love. Even

if they walk away from me, that's fine. I still love them, and I still

love myself (the Self in me), too.

At first I thought this was a bizarre mental pathology (some kind of

religious delirium, LOL!), but now I realize that, in fact, I am

shedding codependency. Not to have to expect anything from others and

still be able to love and be at peace with oneself is very liberating.

On the other hand, I am more sensitive than ever to people who use my

energy for their own purposes (mostly to soothe their own

insecurities) . I crave solitude. When I am denied quiet time with

myself, my immune system goes down and I become physically ill. Chrism

says this will change, too--and I truly hope he's right!
