Guest guest
I got this quote from another group but could not find the source. Sarita " Real spiritual growth begins with an act of betrayal. You drop the assumptions that govern the world around you. Watching the world collapse, you see beauty where others see a gaping hole. To the rest of the world, this is a betrayal of the highest order. "
Guest guest
Hi Sarita Can't help with the source of the quote but go along with the content. Its amazing how an act of betrayal refocusses you on what is real and where you fall into the scheme of things. And then when 'disecting' that betrayal and being totally honest with yourself you find that you could always have done things different and are not that paragon of goodness you may have considered yourself to be. In that self examination you delve deeply into your own psyche and find more of yourself than you knew was there before. It is a humbling but effective way to come to terms with yourself! Life is always interesting! Go well.
