Experience with chakra breathing ---all

Chrism you ask me to continue posting things as they happen so this

is what took places yesterday.

 

Also, I just want all to know, what all is taking place with me is OK

and is not something I am regreting to have happen. I welcome it all,

even the uncomfortable & pain parts. I have a high tolerence for

pain, so it is not that bad for me. The little pain I have experince

with K is nothing compared to the horrible pain I experienced for

years as the results of going through 5 whiplash accidents. I don't

want anyone to get into fear because of what I am experincing. Just

keep in mind it doesn't mean you will experience the same things as

me.

 

 

Yesterday afternoon I put some meditation music on and laid down to

meditate and decide to do the chakra breathing . All went as normal

until I got to the heart chakra. (The last couple of days while

James was out of town things settled down a lot, but as soon as he

got home yesterday in the early afternoon, stuff began happening

again. I don't know what it is with that. Shakti seems to want

things to happen when James is home it seems.)

 

Anyways, I got as far as the heart chakra was about half way through

and I losted consciousness. It was not just a getting lost in brain

chatter taking over and it didn't seem like I just fell asleep

either. If it was sleep, I went instantly into deep delta state.

When I came back to consciousness there was a very heavy pressure on

my chest. The best I can describe is that it felt like a balloon

filled to full compacity. (This was not my lungs filled with air.)

The pressure had to do with my heart chakra and as the pressure

slowly released, I felt bliss and the emotion of love flowing out. I

just relaxed into that for several minutes and then remembered I was

doing the chakra breathing, so after a while I went on to the 5th

chakra. The K pressure in my back had moved up as I went on to each

chakra. At that point it was between my 4th and 5th chakra. As I

began the breathing into the 5th chakra, I began to have also have

the thumping pulsating senastions in the root chakra at the same

time. The best I can describe this is that it feels like small tubes

the size of fingers fanning across the root chakra area and energy

pulsates up through them. I have been having that to happen since

late Dec. Actually it began the day I recieved the Dalai lama CD in

the mail to be exact. LOL! I had thought maybe had spiked the

tape with some shaktipat. HEHE!

 

As I began experiencing these little pulsating energy tubes

yesterday, they were accompanied by short little burst of intense

sharp pain radiating out from the tips of each tube. My physical

body begain tensing up and I had to really focus and concentrate on

staying relaxed while that took place. Glad it only lasted a minute

or so. I feel it helped by forcing my body to stay relaxed and

except what was taking place. The bursted of pain then dispersed and

radiated into my left hip and down my left leg to the knee for a

little while as a dull pain. About that time my meditation music CD

ended... that CD is a little over an hour long. It took me the whole

hour to go through the chakra breathing exercise, so I must have been

out a least 30 minutes if not more, with the heart chakra part.

 

Chrism, you told me a couple of months ago when I experienced the

thumping/pulsating at the heart chakra, that I may be going to

experience heart expansion or something to that nature. Is that what

took place yesterday? or was that something else?
