Guest guest
Hi Angelina Firstly anyone can achieve an astral experience, it just requires meditation and focus. The first book published on The prijection of the Astral body was in 1927, if I recall correctly, published by S.J. Muldoon and Dr H.J Carringhton. Subsequently there have been a number of writers, Robert Monroe and a variety of techniques. Do remember there are a number of astral levels and then mind levels thereafter and my advice is to be extremely careful and trust no one in the astral - it is easy to be fooled. It would be vital for you to stay with your mind focussed on your ultimate goal of returning to the creator. these type of experiences are the fruits which one may come across on the kundalini journey, it is wise to just observe them and let them pass, be neither attached or detached just be, yes I did some astral travelling many years ago and knew someone who did it extensively. I know the advice and connection that chrism gave will be excellent. blessings and love nick --- gypsyeyes_101 <gypsyeyes_101 wrote: > Hi Chrism, > > Thank you for the link and it looks like an > interesting group.
