What's with all this chanting ? Vocal kryias/glossolalia

Hmmmm, sorry for being the party pooper, but that is no Italian. In

fact, it's not even a remotely Latin-derived language.

 

Glossolalia is like a vocal krya: just like one would not expect a

kryia movement to be a dance, glossolalic utterances should not be

taken to reflect any actually existing language. They are just the

product of energy running through the system and cleansing it of its

debris. Sometimes the outcome is jerky movements; sometimes you get

colorful flashes or bizarre visions--and sometimes you get vocalizations.

 

This is not to say that glossolalia is not good and should not be

encouraged. Just like kryias, it is the sign that the energies are

moving and doing their job.

Is that similar to the Pentecostal notion of " speaking in tongues " ?

This morning I was thinking about this gift of the Holy Spirit

(Glossolalia). I recieved it back in the eighties after recieving the

baptism of the Holy Spirit. I don't know why I did not think about

this when Nicole first posted about her chanting.

About the third day of doing Nancy's incursion the Holy Spirit sang a

song through me. I was wishing so much that it could be share with

everyone. I feel that the language of the Holy Spirit is not

something that needs to be interpreted word for word unless it is

done in a known language for a purpose, but is something that is more

for the feeling it causes to rise up in person for encouragement or

uplifting of one's spirit.

 

Nicole, your being able to hear that song and chant along with it,

maybe it could just be a way the Holy Spirit has found to have the

song shared. What feelings does it invoke in you as you listen and

sang along with? It would be cool if you could record it so we all

could hear.

I have been fortuantate enough to have been singing and conversing in other

languages for five years now. Most I have not had interpreted, but some I have,

through friends who speak spanish/Italian. In my case many of the messages have

been for me, to help me grow.

Some of the languages have been latin based languages, and some have been

African, some Asian (which certainly roll off the tongue differently) I myself

only speak english, and do not understand what is said, but have found it to be

soothing, and there have been times I have heard songs from another realm. I

also know at times what is spoken is not for my benefit.

Early on I began making hand movements, and upon researching them, I found I

was doing mudras, this was before I knew what a mudra was. This again was

something I had not done previously, even unconciously.

 

Incidently, perhaps the language is or is not in Itailan, but researching

numerology through the Kabballah nines represent the serpent.
