WOW! What a Rush!-A Big Day!

It sure sounds like yesterday was a humdinger of a day energy-wise!

Betwixt Katherine, Angelina and myself (that I am aware of so far...) K

was just flying around everywhere!! I'm in awe of all that happened.

 

Please keep us updated on the " aftershocks " . I'm pretty much back to

normal today. All I've noticed is some soreness in my ribs (?), a

slight headache and a sort of centeredness, a " here-and-now " feel from

where I sit looking at the world. It's kind of nice! Also an ease of

being. Not sure how to elaborate on that.

 

Exciting things happening! Sarita, I think your dream was progress

along the same line as well. You go girl!
