Please have a look at what we call the safeties and pay attention to the " locks " . Keep yourself hydrated and please discontinue white sugars and white processed flours and caffeine and SSRI's if any. (Slowly with an MD's assistance) Please do your best to discontinue high fructose corn syrups. Take these at your own pace Sandra but the idea is to begin to nutritionally balance yourself, your temple, from the point of what is being put into it. Please get a feel for these " safeties " and see how you can fit a daily practice of them into your life. Or if you even wish to. They will work to help you come into a balance and a form of restorative interactivity with your body and its areas of energetic expression.
