Guest guest
Here is a symptom that can really grab your attention. If one looks a bare skull one can see the lines of sutures that connect the various plates that make up a human skull. Kundalini can cause a loosening of these sutures and begin a sequence of cranial plate migration. The plates will feel as if they are moving about the head and may indeed be able to have a visual realignment occur. Its not a bad thing or wrong or hurtful typically. The Kundalini requires this new alignment for a more balanced expression of itself from the thousand petaled Lotus. Otherwise known as the seventh chakra. Once again it doesnt hurt typically but it is quite surprising and perplexing if you do not know. So this is an FYI for those of you who may come into the symptom. -

Guest guest
Thanks for the explanation of what is going on with this. Never knew what was occurring frankly. I went through a period of experiencing this when I meditated. Rather interesting sensations but never any pain. I'd just kinda watch as things seemed to be shifting around.
