Hi Chrism,

Would the strange sensations I've been experiencing in my head since

returning home from the seminar have to do with this? I am still

getting headaches off and on in the 6th chakra area, like the one I

had the first day of the seminar. The tingling on my head has become

stronger and I have noticed that when I am just setting and relaxing,

my eyes tend to draw up and inwards without even any conscious

thought of it. My left nostril has been sore for at least 2 months

now. I keep telling myself it is just K. How long is that suppose

to last? The soreness sort of moves around slightly at times.
