Hello Bethany,

There is no guarantee that this will occur at all. It

does occur for some and so I wanted to give a bit of information for

those with whom it does occur to perhaps save them from some anxiety

and an embarrassing doctors appointment! - It can happen anytime with

in the expression of the Kundalini and is an expression that the

Kundalini will determine as to when and where the plates will migrate
