Guest guest
Chrism, you said to expect a sobbing release soon. Does it count if it happened in a dream??? I had such a thing last night/ this morning. Here is what happened (in the dream): I'm on a bus/coach with a lot of my friends and we are going on a road trip! Very exciting! It reminds me of a choir tour (like I did my last semester in college--you go to some special place, have a workshop with some choral director of note, do a concert then the last day is just fun stuff-in our case we went to Disneyland!). So it's that kind of feeling. We take a pit stop at a posh/fancy truck stop. A very fine restaurant, a place to clean up and a beautiful lounge for the ladies to sit and talk, rest. I do that for a bit then feel the urge to get up and go out for a walk. I leave the building and walk immediately into an adjacent national park (how convenient!) I go into a pedestrian tunnel for a short distance, go up a dirt incline and come to a lovely stone arch. I find at the foot of this arch a small box I left there when I was here last ( a very long time ago) and look inside to see the jewels are still there. It is a rainbow mix of precious stones, about a handful, nearly filling the box. Then I look through the arch, and oh, my! The most beautiful place I've ever seen. It's familiar yet comes over me as something so beautiful, like I've never seen before. It is much like an overlook near the Grand Tetons overlooking the Snake River (AHA! Snake!) with the green valley below and the magnificent, majestic mountains beyond. I am overcome with emotion, a mix of sadness and joy and I find myself sobbing great tears. First, all the sadness comes out. Then I'm still crying but now it's in joy! I let it come till I'm done. I realize I need to get back, they will probably be about ready to go. I wipe my face dry, have one last look and turn, put the little box back where I had found it, go down the dirt incline, back through the tunnel and head for the parking lot of the rest stop and see one of my friends just coming to look for me. (woke up) I think it was a great dream. To see that scene, so beautiful beyond description and to surrender to such complete release and then joy was the most wonderful thing I've ever experienced...real or dream life! And maybe the little box with jewels were my treasures laid up in Heaven, so to speak? Anyway, I wondered if this was a follow up to my waves of energy day? Thank you and love to chrism and all, Valarie
