Guest guest
I have been feeling very tired for quite awhile and I was looking for answers.I have had to take naps at the most inconvenient times, usually at 6:30pm just to function.I went to this doctor thinking that there is something wrong with my andrenal glands but so far the doctor wants to run more tests because the only thing that was found wrong was vitamin D insuficiency. The other day I was searching on the internet and found that not enough vitamin D would cause extreme fatique and muscle pain, weakness and cramps just like I've had for some time. The only thing that doesn't make any sense is that I have the most energy at night and I go to sleep late.Is this normal or not ?Am I burned out or is this just a phase.Kundalini flow is still happening but not much.I feel like I ran out of juice.I am willing but the body is not complying.Anybody is welcome to comment on this.I would like to know what anybody thinks about this.Thank you. Guest guest
Nicole there could be a K connection with this also one that coincides with scientific explanations. Well, at least I can see a scientific possibility. A newsletter I recently received may have a clue to what you are experiencing. This article shows scientific correlation between periods of solar activity and depression through mechanisms of the pineal gland. http://www.newscientist.com/article/dn13769 Depression can also manifest as being tired, fatigued, and just no juice. In this article they give 3 periods of the solar year when these effects are usually felt. Does the Earth's magnetic field cause suicides? 13:39 24 April 2008 NewScientist.com news service Catherine Brahic Many animals can sense the Earth's magnetic field, so why not people, asks Oleg Shumilov of the Institute of North Industrial Ecology Problems in Russia. Shumilov looked at activity in the Earth's geomagnetic field from 1948 to 1997 and found that it grouped into three seasonal peaks every year: one from March to May, another in July and the last in October. In K activation I am quite sure you have been working on activating the 6th and 7th chakras and in mythology the pineal gland has been considered the 3rd eye or crown chakra. Depends on what you read. http://www.answers.com/pineal+gland?cat=health & ff=1 Mythologies, cultures and philosophies The secretory activity of the pineal gland has only relatively recently become understood. Historically, its location deep in the brain suggested to philosophers that it possessed particular importance. This combination led to its being a " mystery " gland with myth, superstition and metaphysical theories surrounding its perceived function. René Descartes, who dedicated much time to the study of the pineal gland,[14] called it the " seat of the soul " [15], believing it is unique in the anatomy of the human brain in being a structure not duplicated on the right and left sides. This observation is not true, however; under a microscope one finds the pineal gland is divided into two fine hemispheres. Another theory was that the pineal operated as a valve releasing fluids, thus the position taken during deep thought, with the head slightly down meeting the hand, was an allowance for the opening of these 'valves'. The pineal gland is occasionally associated with the sixth chakra (also called Ajna or the third eye chakra in yoga) or sometimes the Seventh (Crown) chakra. It is believed by some to be a dormant organ that can be awakened to enable telepathic communication. The relevance of the pineal gland to Discordianism, an idiosyncratic religion with roots in California psychedelic culture whose doctrines display great fondness for paradox, is great if not well understood. Writers such as Alice Bailey, considered an early proponent of the new age movement, use the pineal-eye as a key element in their spiritual world-view...(see Alice Bailey: " A Treatise on White Magic " ) The notion of a 'pineal-eye' is also crucial to the philosophy of the seminal French writer Georges Bataille, which is analysed at length by literary scholar Denis Hollier in 'Against Architecture' (1990, trans. Betsy Wing). In this work Hollier discusses how Bataille uses the concept of a 'pineal-eye' as a reference to a blind-spot in Western rationality. Don't go thinking that you are going to go psychotic and suicidal because your feeling these things is just a part of the natural flow of highs and lows. My opinion is that you may have awakened this awareness of a natural rhythm or your anemic. I'm throwing in a link on seasonal depression also just as a reference to how just the simple change in the amount of light can change the outlook on life. If you are feeling these natural ebbing of magnetic fields information can make a difference on the effects. Guest guest
Hi Nicole, maybe this is the reason. I just got this astrology report in an e-mail yesterday. I have been feeling very tired lately as well. Actually, all I have been wanting to do is sleep. I went and bought a caffiene drink to see if it would help..hehe.. it just made me even more sleepy. SLEEPY? Earth energy can help us relax, but too much earth energy can make us lethargic and even sleepy. I have talked to numerous people in the last few days who are experiencing an unusual heaviness and sleepiness. The grand trine in earth can be part of this energetic experience. Also as Saturn slows down to stationary before it goes direct May 2nd, its influence is augmented. Saturn's heavy hand is now in earthy Virgo. Monitor how you feel after Saturn goes direct and during this time of Taurus, especially at the Taurus new moon. For sure we will all feel more lively when the Sun enters Gemini May 20th. My best advice is to flow with the energies. If you feel tired, rest. Don't push yourselves. If you need more fire, exercise, do Kundalini yoga and breath of fire. Energies change all the time. Hehe..guess I need to force myself to exercise more...can't wait to May 20th to feel lively again. Funny, while I laid there in a very sleepy state yesterday, I was shown a cool way to re-arrange my house. Now to figure out how to do that with James home, setting here watching TV. With his hurt back, he won't be of much help in moving things around. I could figure out ways to get him out of the house, but he is not suppose to be driving a vehicle yet. God and his sense of humor. Hahaha!
