kundalini awakening

I am wondering if there is anyway of really knowing if one is going

through this process, I mean a spiritual energy check etc. I

personally dont want to experience this energy , well not right at

this stage in my life. I am having enough trouble dealing with my

anxiety disorder as it is. I am feeling disconnected to my children

and when i look at them, there faces seem kinda creepy to me and this

is spinning me out. I am wondering if this is just due to my fear as

i like to believe it is. This is very hard for me to talk about. A

friend of mine, online who has had hers awakened and is a medium and

psychic told me that if i wanted to stop it, i can ask god to stop

the process, is this right? I dont think i can cope with this as i

dont have the support necessary. I am a mother with 3 children and i

need a physical support person. I didnt ask for this to happen, i

dont meditate or do yoga or anything like that. I remember just

wanting to connect with god and that was my purpose and i started to

paint. I will be stopping this as well as i want to be grounded on

this earth fully. I am afraid that ppl will stop being real around me

and that i will never be the same again. What does this all mean? I

am just not ready for such energy as I am also afraid of using such a

thing in a bad way. Not intentionally but who knows. This takes

commitment and something i cant commit to,not yet.

 

sorry to make it so long, just feeling so desperately sad and down.

 

ps last night my nose started to bleed after reading the forum on the

energy and after i asked the devine to stop this energy i woke up

sweating and so hot. I really need alot of support here and dont

know where to go, online support is great, but not the same.
