Well, this is a delicate matter and all I can say is that some of my

relationships have survived while others have not.If you and the person

you have a relationship with has an open mind, respects and cares about

you then it's all good.On the other hand I found myself not wanting any

relationships with other people and I never talked to them again while

feeling that that was the right thing to do.I used to crave and go

crazy for friends and now I don't want many.Strange, huh ?

Love,Nicole

Enjoy the gift as you would enjoy a musical piece that comes back to

your mind every now and then. As the Kundalini continues to make its

presence known you will acclimatize and it will be easier for you to

take it in stride. Its new and wondrous and as those qualities wane so

will your obsession. - my take - chrism

Hi aarias, your preferred method of reading postings has been altered

to " No Email " . This can be easily changed if and when you're happy to

resume receiving individual emails or perhaps a daily summary of

postings in a single Email called " Digest " - take care - John.

i've been meaning to respond to you, but keep getting side-tracked. i

understand what you are going through.....i was " diagnosed " with OCD, GAD,

and depression several years ago. was put on several meds that did not

work....tried one after the other....all i wanted was to feel " normal " and

for my head to not be so busy. i constantly lived in " what if " scenarios

and had all kinds of terrible visions and dialogues going on in my head. i

lived this way for years before even getting help. when i felt like i was

losing touch w/ reality i went to the family doctor who could not help so

sent me to a psychiatrist. from there i was put on the meds and was seeing

a therapist once a week....for nearly a year. the last time i got so fed up

with the meds making me sick and not helping and also finding out i was

pregnant again and didn't want the meds to affect my pregnancy, i basically

walked away from all of it....meds/ psychiatrist/and therapist. at the time

i had very few friends and pretty much stayed at home all the time. i'm not

sure that there was exactly one thing that changed it all.....i did start to

get out of the house more and made a few friends, took up some hobbies. it

did evenutally calm down....now when i get worked up i will try to

meditate....the days that i just can't focus, i will take a walk around the

block (or even around the house if i can't get away)...gardening helps

me....just digging in the dirt and planting things seems to calm me down so

much. as far as your husband goes, i can't really help there. i don't

talk to mine about these things that often...he's not there yet,

spiritually. but if you really need to talk to someone, that's what this

group is for....

good luck and hope things calm down for you.....like i said i understand

what you are going through.
