Guest guest
Hello Brandi, No not in this way have I considered the release of an emotional wound. Nothing is impossible yet for the Kundalini it goes far beyond mere eradication of an emotional scarring. imho. It goes into the entire aspect of the inception and reception and holding and the eventual releasing through forgiveness or karmic stabilization for the balancing of an emotional wound to occur. By balancing I do not mean the elimination of the hurt or the burden of what occurred to actuate the wound. Balance in this regard is the completed karmic burden either through intentional forgiveness or through suffering or through knowledge and acceptance of the impending balance that may become due at another time. Sometimes there is a timeline associated with these issues and they are released through that variance. Sometimes through long suffering and acceptance of the burden is the pain is ameliorated. There are many, many permutations and combinations for the emotional body to be balanced. Intentional forgiveness and actions based on that are the fastest and healthiest in my opinion. For Kundalini it is a very strong priority as the infusion isn't always slow and the blockages can become amplified quickly. These can create flow disparities that can add pain to the infusion and in so doing incite fear into the equation of the awakening and that can be very dangerous. This is why I urge people to forgive. Forgiveness is a conscious choice and it can be as fast as a thought or a decision. In the ancient schools and some of those do still exist; the teachers would guide the student with knowledge of what was needed to bring about a balancing of the emotional body. The teachers were/are taken seriously and the students do pay attention as the results can be quite serious and painful if the teachings are not studied and practiced. On the web here in western society it is more difficult for the student as the web is filled with so much dross. But it is still useful as the discernment of truth is what will help the student develop even stronger skills of acuity in determining what is truth and what is not. What is useful and worth while and what is false and not worth while. The emotions need to have a direct conscious and continued attention towards the release of the attachment. Attachment towards guilt or revenge or any of the myriad pains and hurts that can be collected and created by the activities of a soul encased in limited flesh. I haven't read the book Brandi, but if the author is relying on magnets to ease the pain of emotional blockage I will suggest that emotions are not comprised of electro magnetic qualities of attraction. Neither is positive polarity in electromagnetism equal to love or negativity equal to hatred or hurtful emotional qualities. These are mere human associations. The cause of emotoinal impediment will often extend far beyond the physical ranges of matter physics and the properties of magnetic polarities. Karma is beyond electro magnetism. However there has been some success with treating physical pain with magnets. So the physical aspect of an emotional pain may well be able to receive treatment via electromagnetism but not the emotional aspect that has incurred the damage due to someone else inflicting it. I do not feel that a person with a painful broken heart would receive a balancing of that issue through the use of magnets. Yet there are aspects of pain that can possibly be assuaged by the magnets and perhaps it is these that the author is having success with. - blessings to you Brandi! - chrism , Brandi Jasmine <jazztalk wrote: At 01:39 AM 5/1/2008, you wrote: I am reading a book called " The Emotion Code " and the author uses magnets along with muscle testing to release stuck emotions. I don't see karma as a reward/punishment thing, more as " natural consequences of poor choices " . Suffering is often part of the process, yes ... if you can't let go, if you can't forgive, you prolong your own suffering, not just in this lifetime, but in those beyond. Semantics, perhaps, but I think the distinction is important to how we view the Divine and our own personal responsibilities. >Intentional forgiveness and actions based on that are >the fastest and healthiest in my opinion. I've done a lot of forgiveness work, I don't feel I am harboring any grudges ... and I still face my challenges. It's getting better, but I find the physical healing moves the slowest. I am going to give the magnet idea a try and see what happens. Brandi
