Guest guest
I thought the Kundalini mudra was called the 'gyan mudra,' Chrism...remember when you gave me that special chakra breathing exercise with the various mudras? I even had my poor husband, Rusty, make the mudra hand positions and I took photographs of them...he was actually quite good at it! I took a photo of the gyan mudra (which I understand to be the Kundalini mudra) and the mukula mudra. See the photos in the " Mudras " folder in the Photos section. BTW, I still need to talk to you to get the names of the other mudras you described for the special chakra breathing exercise. Then I'll get Rusty to 'pose' for more photos, lol! There is a Sanskrit name for this mudra or finger position but most of us here do not speak Sanskrit so I phrase it in English. - blessings Peter and Kate - chrism Kundalini-Awakening-Systems- 1 , " peter.nichols " <peter wrote: > > Hi Chrism, > > What is the Kundalini Mudra?
