Please be in a daily practice of the safeties including

 

All physical exercises. i.e. the tibetans and work towards doing all

twenty one reps.

 

All breathing exercises. i.e. alternate nostril breathing, and

compression prayer.

 

All emotional exercises i.e. forgiveness, graciousness, honesty, and

tolerance etc.

 

Service for others without expectation of returns.

 

Meditate as much and as long and deep as you can.

 

Every day or as many separate times in one day that you can.
