Guest guest
found this incredible site written by a modern Christian mystic, using quotes from many saints and the Bible and his own experiences/advice, its basically a mysticism how-to guide for the seeker. i find it amazing, there are so many parallels check this out for example " Individual consciousness is carried by the flowing of the Spirit. When the upward flowing of the Holy Spirit through the spine begins within a person they become more than a teacher of words. They in varying degrees begin to radiate the Spirit of God: Just as the sun radiates a light and a heat that can be felt by those who will only choose to step out of the shade. The point is that the breathing exercises encourage the flowing of the Holy Spirit which helps us help others. " its long, but worth it. http://www.chrmysticaloutreach.com/
Guest guest
Thanks Mikael, for getting me back on track. LOL! I had read some on that website back in Jan or Feb and did not finish it that day and then forgot all about it even though I had ordered that book at the bottom of that page. I copied/pasted that page on notepad and will keep it in view so I will not forget a second time. And will also keep the book I bought setting out in view so I won't forget to read it. I know it is something I need to read for my K got really hot when I began reading. Thanks! I may need to do some left nostril breathing while reading it. LOL!
